Is This a Sales Call?

No. It's a diagnostic conversation. If I can help, I'll explain how. If I can't, I'll say so directly.

Who Joins the Call?

Usually the leader themselves. Sometimes a CEO or CHRO exploring coaching for a direct report. If you want to include someone else, just note it when you schedule.

Do We Have to Decide Anything on the Call?

No. You'll leave with my honest take on your situation and possible next steps. You decide on your own timeline.

Do You Work Remotely? 

Yes. I'm based in Kansas City and work with clients across the U.S. via Zoom.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes. For all coaching work, we put an NDA in place before going into detail.
